• Gender equality index

Each year we are required to calculate our Gender Equality Index. The score is calculated on the basis of five main rating criteria relating to employee pay, increases and promotions.

We strive to reduce this gap as much as possible, but it cannot be calculated.
You will find below the results obtained for index 2024 calculated on 2023 data:

Indicator 1: The gender pay gap. This indicator cannot be calculated because the valid workforce represents less than 40% of the total workforce.

Indicator no. 2: The gender pay gap. The company scored 35/35.
Indicator no. 3: The number of female employees who receive a raise when they return from maternity leave. The company scored 0/15.
Indicator no. 4: Parity among the 10 highest earners. The company scored 0/10. Women are under-represented among the highest-paid employees

The index cannot be calculated in full because the maximum number of points that can be calculated is less than 75.
