MEASURING OUR EQUALITY INDEX

Each year we are required to calculate our Gender Equality Index. The score is calculated on the basis of four main rating criteria relating to employee pay, raises and promotions.

Although we strive to reduce this gap as much as possible, it cannot be calculated. You will find here the results obtained for the 2024 index calculated on 2023 data.
